1. How long does it take for my order to ship?

All of our candies are made fresh to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for shipping. We carefully prepare each order to ensure the highest quality, so your patience is appreciated!

2. Do you offer expedited shipping?

Currently, we only ship with standard shipping. We do our best to get your candies to you as quickly as possible, but delivery times can vary depending on the courier.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the courier.

4. What is your return or refund policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

5. Are your candies allergen-free?

Our candies are made with only sugar, water, food coloring, and flavoring. However, they are prepared in a kitchen that contains all major allergens, so cross-contamination is possible.

6. How should I store my candies?

To keep your candies fresh:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • For soft or chocolate-based candies, you may refrigerate briefly if your environment is very warm.
  • Consume within 7 days of receiving your order for the best taste and texture.

7. Can I customize my order or flavors?

8. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only to Canada and the United States. International shipping may be available in the future—stay tuned!
