Due to the perishable and edible nature of our crystal candies, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

Please note:

• Minor shifting or small imperfections may occur during shipping due to the delicate, handmade nature of the product and do not qualify for a refund.
• Variations in shape, size, color, and texture are natural and expected with handmade kohakutou and are not considered defects.
• We are not responsible for damage, delays, or loss caused by the shipping carrier.
