All orders are handmade and freshly prepared. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

We use trusted shipping carriers to deliver your order. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the chosen shipping method.
4. Shipping Insurance
Customers may choose to purchase shipping insurance at checkout. The Crystal Pantry is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by the courier during transit. Shipping insurance helps protect your order in case of damage, loss, or delays caused by the carrier.
5. Delays
While we strive to ship all orders promptly, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, holidays, weather, or courier service disruptions. The Crystal Pantry is not responsible for shipping delays once your order has been handed to the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
