Product Details

Our crystal candy is handcrafted in small batches using the traditional Japanese-inspired kohakutou technique. Each piece develops its signature crisp outer shell while maintaining a delicious filling at its centre.

Because every crystal is handmade, no two pieces are exactly alike. The texture may also naturally evolve over time as the candy continues to crystallize.
